Terms & Conditions

The Dock is a private, invitation-only application for approved and invited residents of The Dock at Eastern Lake. Accounts are created by invitation and approved by a neighborhood administrator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

• Use the app for neighborhood purposes only; do not use it to harass, threaten or defame anyone.
• Do not share other members' personal information, photos or contact details outside the community.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not permitted to see, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the app for commercial solicitation without administrator approval.

Administrators may remove content or suspend access when these terms are not respected.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant The Dock permission to display your content inside the application to other approved members. You are responsible for having the right to share what you post, including photos of other people.

Sender: The Dock at Eastern Lake is the sender of all text messages sent through this program.

By opting in to text messages, you may receive:

• Account and sign-in messages, including one-time verification codes
• Reservation and sign-up confirmations and reminders
• Service and maintenance notices for the property and shared amenities
• Property and community updates, neighborhood announcements and safety notices
• Replies and other messages a resident specifically requests, such as questions asked of our concierge assistant

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is never required to create an account or to use any part of the application, and any consent checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how we handle mobile numbers and consent records, see our Privacy Policy and SMS Messaging & Opt-In Information.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used, and is part of these terms.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for neighborhood convenience. Weather, tide, fishing, sports and similar information comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate — never rely on it for safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law, The Dock is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
